TRX Suspension Training

Positively Fit is excited to add TRX Suspension Training to the Dallas fitness scene. Developed by a Navy SEAL, TRX is a revolutionary fitness tool which gives an intense, full-body strength & stamina workout - a perfect cross training tool.

TRX Boot Camp classes consist of 45 minutes of hard-core muscle work. Beginners & pros are invited to come kill it with upper & lower body work that will increase strength, develop muscle, and refine your balance. Some additional apparatus used, but the focus of the class is training with the TRX Suspension Training System. Cardiovascular/plyometric movement is also a key feature in the class.

TRX-Cycle Fusion classes are 1 hour sessions consisting of 30 minutes of high intensity indoor cycling and 30 minutes of TRX Strength and Stability moves. You will be completely drenched and ready for your day after this class! Note: We have no current section of this class at this time but will add one when interest reaches 5 people.

Class size minimum 5, maximum 9.

Program cost is $100, with a $25 deposit required to guarantee your station when classes are full. Deposit refundable only in the event the section is canceled.
