Walk, Jog, Swim, or Cycle for 30 minutes

Monday, June 12: 

Complete 3 cycles:
Speed Walk or Jog for 10 minutes
25 Pushups
25 Squats w/ Arms Overhead
25 Situps or Crunches
25 Leg Lowers
1 minute Walking Lunges
1 minute Rest


Tuesday, June 13:

Walk, Jog, Swim, or Cycle for 40 minutes

Wednesday, June 14:

1 Minute Each:
Squat (Jumps)
Triceps Pushups
Side Plank (30 secs/side)
Jumping or Modified Jacks
Bicycle Crunches
Plank w/ Knee to Outside Elbow
Burpees or Modified Burpees
Rest 1 minute and Repeat x 3-4 Rounds

Thursday, June 15:

Walk, Jog, Swim, or Cycle for 30 minutes

Friday, June 16:

100 Mountain Climbers
90 Squats (30 Regular, 30 Sumo, 30 Close-Legged)
80 Jumping Jacks
70 Second Plank
60 Split Squats (30 each side)
50 Situps or Crunches
40 Seconds/Side Plank
30 Pushups
20 Burpees
10 Squat Jumps
1 mile walk/run

Saturday, June 17:

Walk, Jog, Swim, or Cycle for 1 hour
