When we say "Fitness Goal," we do not mean "Weight Loss Goal." If you want to lose weight, great - we can help support that goal. But if you don't want to lose weight, that's great, too. It doesn't matter to us. Our primary focus is always teaching you to exercise safely and making it fun.
